The Championship is organized under the auspices of International Roll Ball Federation (IRBF)

The World Championship 2013 will be held at Moi International Sports Complex, Kasrani, Nairobi Kenya.
Accommodation & Food: Moi International Sports Complex, will be the Championship Village. It has the capacity to
accommodate up to 500 participants for this event. All International Competition Teams will be accommodated in the
same complex. Teams coming before 3rd Oct and going after 6th Oct shall have to pay their own accommodation &
food charges of 50 USD per head per day.
The teams shall bare the expenses of Air, Train or Bus Tickets till Nairobi.
The local Organizing committee will provide transportation between Airport & venue. For all the travels, there will be a volunteer going along with the transportation to render necessary assistance.

Roll Ball in Kenya has experienced tremendous growth within these years.
Below are some of the few developments that have taken place:
The championship will be run in accordance with the latest 2009 revised IRBF Rules & related Rules
stipulated by IRBF, the details of the Rules shall be explained at the Delegation's Head Meeting.
Composition of each participating delegation:
Each country may enter a Minimum 6 Players & 1 Official maximum of 12 Players & 2 Official (team leader/coach/manager).
Each country shall enter only one team.
League cum Knock out.
Winner three teams will be awarded trophy, medal & merit certificate. Participation certificates will be given to all the teams.
The competitors must be nationals of the country that they represent & must be born before January 01, 1997.
At the first General Technical Meeting to be held at the venue on 3rd October at 11.00 am, the team official or his representative shall confirm & sign the official list of the accredited players from his respective country as provided by the IRBF.
All players & officials of the Championship shall obtain accreditation from IRBF an Accreditation card with data such as player's / official's name, function, passport number, country code & with card holder's photograph.
IRBF Registration Fees: IRBF shall recieve from each participating country the following world championship
USD200 per team as Entry Fees, + each player registration fees USD25 for registered federations (Charity commissioner Registration & Recognition by National Sports Council, National Olympic Committee, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports with there Governments) and USD400 per team + USD50 per player for non-registered and non recognised federations.
All participating delegations are requested to deposit in the following bank a payment the above entry & registration
fees on or before August 10, 2013.

In addition to above the following prizes will also be awarded:
- Best defender of the championship.
- Best scorer of the championship.
- Best Goal keeper.
- Best Player in each team.
- Consolation Prizes (6 nos.)
During the Championship period the Local Organizing Committee will be responsible for the participating team's accommodation, food, & local transportation. But all domestic & international long- distance telephone calls, fax, beverages in bars, restaurants & pay-up services at the hotel shall be at the expenses of users. All meals shall be served at the dining hall. However, orders that are not included in the menu of the cafeteria& orders of beverages or liquors shall be paid individually by consumers.
Delegation's Flag & country Name banner /Board /flex:
For the purpose of opening & closing ceremonies, the participating delegations shall be requested to send their National/ regional Flag (5No.) (96x144cm) as duly registered with IRBF. A Banner (2 No.) of size 3ft x 6ft can also be displayed by the respective team.
The organizing committee of the 2nd Roll Ball World Cup will be construed of experienced members in Sports Administration. These will work alongside the executive Committee of the IRBF & Kenya Roll Ball Federation.
