Refunds/Cancellations
Policy for IRBF Website
Thank you
for choosing IRBF for your sports-related activities. We strive to provide an
exceptional experience for our participants. Please review the following
Refunds/Cancellations Policy to understand our guidelines and procedures.
1.
Registration and Payment:
1.1 All
participants must complete the registration process through our website to
secure a spot in our sports programs, events, or activities.
1.2 Payment
for registrations can be made online through the website using the available
payment methods.
2.
Refund Policy:
2.1 Refund
requests must be submitted in writing to irbf@rollball.org and will be considered based on the
following conditions:
a. Before
[15 days] of the Event/Program Start Date: - Participants are eligible for
a full refund, minus a 30% administrative fee.
b. Between
[8 and 14 days] of the Event/Program Start Date: - Refunds will be subject
to a 20% cancellation fee.
c. Less
than [7 days] from the Event/Program Start Date: - No refunds will be
issued.
2.2 Refunds
will be processed within 4 to 5 business days from the date the written request
is received.
3.
Cancellation Policy:
3.1 IRBF
reserves the right to cancel an event or program due to insufficient
enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons beyond our control.
3.2 In the
event of a cancellation initiated by Organizer, participants will be notified
promptly, and the following options will be provided:
a. Full
Refund: Participants can opt for a full refund of the registration fee.
b.
Rescheduling: Participants may choose to transfer their registration to a
rescheduled date or a similar upcoming event.
4.
Participant Withdrawal:
4.1
Participants who wish to withdraw from an event or program must notify respective
Country/ State Association in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled
start date.
4.2 In
cases of participant withdrawal, refunds will be processed according to the guidelines
outlined in Section 2 of this policy.
5.
Exceptions:
5.1 IRBF
may consider exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis for
extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or other compelling
reasons.
5.2 Any
exceptions granted will be at the sole discretion of IRBF.
By
registering for our programs or events, participants acknowledge and agree to
comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refunds/Cancellations
Policy.
